Arrival day will be splendid and challenging! We are all sure to arrive at different times and so we should most definitely have as solid a plan for the village build as possible. This page should eventually form a solid, easy to follow plan but let's get all our thoughts out there.
- Measuring everything will be nearly impossible
- Measuring out and placing each camps largest structure (or the hardest thing to relocate) will be more workable
- Stay calm
- Bring a 100' rope marked in 5' increments (or if you're fancy, a 100' tape measure)
- Hydrate
Who and What
Bearwhalea
Zac
-arriving early-morning on Saturday (at least that's the plan)
-bringing the structure for Bearwhalea's public shade
-also bringing 165' tape measure
Dr. Carl's
Yeti
- Arriving Wednesday but not moving to Village space until Saturday
- The rest of the campers arrive Saturday night
- I have purchased a 100' tape measure and now I feel inadequate
Spank the Monkey
Nugget
-EA Crew arriving Saturday Afternoon
-Bringing everything darling including a 166' tape measure (take that Zac)
-1st night setup generally includes the 30' dome on the corner, the kitchen, and branching out from there.
Trashistan
-most Trashistanis will arrive between early Saturday morning and Saturday evening
building will involve:
-setting up a PVC pentadome, with a 15' center pole, and the "witches hat" fabric draped over and attached to surrounding structures and vehicles
-shower set up
-minimum build crew: Pippin, Alex, Deniz, Hero, Justin
